Without adequate cooling, the processors overheat, which in the worst case can lead to damaged parts despite protective functions such as an automatic thermal switch-off. Loud fans can be quickly perceived as annoying. An unpleasant noise volume is usually the consequence of a high fan speed, which is indicated in round per minute RPM. However, a high volume may also be due to the fact that the bearings of the fan run poorly and cause vibrations, which causes additional operating noise.

How to wire a condensing fan motor for 3 vs. Thanks, Jesse!. This one seems to confuse even experienced technicians and really is very simple once you see it.
This is AC power and not a dual capacitor, so the terminal side does not matter — Black wire from the condenser fan motor to other side of power on the contactor T2 — Brown wire from the condenser fan motor to the other side of the capacitor opposite the jumper wire.
Now for your 4 wire method: — White wire from the condenser fan motor to one side of power on the contactor T1 — Black wire from the condenser fan motor to other side of power on the contactor T2 — Brown wire from the condenser fan motor to the capacitor. Now as you can see the only difference is there is no jumper from the contactor to the capacitor. The brown wire with the white stripe is only there for convenience. You will find that it either reads Zero or very low ohms proving that they are directly connected within the motor.
Usually choose the 4 wire method and have always trained guys that way. Is there a difference in operation between methods?

Now we need to strip the ends of the black and red wires with your wire stripper. If you want, you can cut the other wires short so they stay out of your way. We will not be needing them. Now you need to strip the usb cable to reveal the shielding. Now we need to twist the red wires together and the black wires together. Make sure to tightly twist them so you get a stable connection. If you want to take this a step further, you can solder the wires instead of twisting them, but twisting the wires should be enough.
Now you should individually tape up the black connections and the red connections. Then you should cover those in a layer of electrical tape as shown. If you want a cleaner look, you can use shrink wrap over the individually wrapped wires instead of tape. Step 8 is to simply plug it in to either your computer or a usb charger to test it.
The fan is actually spinning in the picture. I made it, but I don't feel like posting images. I'd say not to use just any USB cable because the lower quality ones may not send enough electricity to the fan to have it run at full speed.
